1. How do I get started?
Simply contact me to tell me about your project. I’ll respond within 1 business day to set up a free consultation call.
2. How can I be sure I’ll like what you design?
Your project will include 2-3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions can be made for a small fee. My goal is always to get it right and make sure you’re fully satisfied.
3. What is your design process like?
My process is collaborative and crafted to deliver high-quality, strategic visuals:
Discovery – I learn about your goals, audience, and vision.
Concept Development – I present initial design concepts.
Revisions – We refine the design together (number of rounds depends on the package).
Final Delivery – You receive all approved files in ready-to-use formats.
4. How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary by project type and number of deliverables. For example:
Branding packages: 2–3 weeks
Logos: 1–2 weeks
Flyers/Posters: 4-6 business days
Rush projects may be available for an additional fee.
5. What are your rates?

6. How do payments work?
Most projects are divided into two payments: a 50% deposit and 50% final payment, due net 15. On larger projects, we can set milestones for payments. Payments can be made by credit card, ACH bank transfer, Paypal, or check.
7. Do you offer advanced web development services or app builds?
I specialize in professional, easy-to-manage websites using platforms like WordPress, WIX, Shopify, etc. My focus is clean design, strong messaging, smooth user experience, and conversion and traffic. If your project needs advanced custom features, or app-like builds, I’ll happily refer you to a developer I trust.
8. Will I own the final design?
Yes, once the final payment is made, you’ll receive full usage rights to the final approved designs. I may showcase the project in my portfolio unless you request otherwise.
9. Do you provide editable source files?
Yes. Some designers charge extra for those, but I don’t. You can have the native source files for all of your final pieces.
10. Can you manage the printing of my project?
Yes. Some clients already have trusted print vendors they use and simply need print-ready files they can take to them. Or, if needed, I can manage the entire printing process for you, recommending vendors, obtaining quotes and seeing your project through to the finish.
